DRAFT CONTRACT v2.0

BETWEEN: Afrawbeats Ltd (incorporated in Kilifi, Kenya) and the undersigned Verified Creator.

1. Grant of Rights

The Creator grants Afrawbeats Ltd exclusive rights to represent, distribute, and license the master recording and underlying composition of the audio/video file identified as: "Track Title".

2. Revenue Split

Afrawbeats Ltd and the Creator agree to a transparent 50/50 net revenue split on all income derived from global streaming, sync licensing, and IP distribution.

3. eTIMS and Kenyan DST Compliance

Royalty distributions will be processed directly to the Creator's bank account or M-Pesa wallet. The parties agree to comply with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) eTIMS invoicing directives. Digital Services Tax (DST) of 1.5% will be deducted where applicable.

4. AI-Free Warranty

The Creator warrants that this work is 100% human-created. Any breach of this warranty voids this contract and triggers copyright infringement liabilities.
